Responsibilities: Manage product listings on e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, website, etc.) Handle order processing, inventory updates, and pricing Coordinate with logistics for dispatch, returns, and refunds Monitor sales performance and prepare basic reports Manage product images, descriptions, and offers Handle customer queries and complaints professionally Support online marketing campaigns and deals Required Skills: Basic knowledge of e-commerce platforms Good communication and coordination skills Basic Excel and data handling Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset Preferred: Experience in FMCG / food / retail products Familiarity with ads, promotions, and dashboards
