Job Description

About the Role: We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Sales and Distribution Manager to lead our snack products' market penetration and distribution expansion. This role involves overseeing daily sales operations, managing the distributor network, and identifying opportunities to increase market share. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement regional sales and distribution strategies. Appoint, manage, and support distributors, dealers, and retailers. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Monitor and optimize route-to-market models. Conduct regular market visits to assess brand presence and gather feedback. Coordinate logistics to ensure timely product delivery. Train and motivate the sales team and field executives. Analyze sales data to forecast demand and adjust plans accordingly. Handle customer and distributor grievances professionally. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. 2+ years of experience in FMCG or snacks industry (preferred). Strong knowledge of local market dynamics and retail distribution channels. Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
