Job Description

As a S&D Beat Trainer in our company, your role involves conducting sales and sales training in the FMCG/Handset/Telecom sector. You should have a minimum of 5 years of work experience with at least 3 years in Sales/Sales training. Your key responsibilities will include: - Conducting a 10-day boot camp for all new trainers, covering Trainer ways of working, product, process, and tool knowledge (Promoter and AF NHIP programs), role-plays, 2 days of Market visit, and internal certification. - Coaching bottom 50% promoters, unless approved by the Airtel team. Identifying bottom performers by the 26th of every month and finalizing PJP by the 28th of every month. Sharing trainer-wise PJP with circle stakeholders by the 29th of the month. Starting the coaching cycle from the 1st of the month. - Ensuring all promoters are covered at least once in a month, with a minimum of 25% bottom-most promoters covered twice. Conducting a minimum of 6 beats and 6 post-beat follow-up calls every day on icoach. Sharing reports within 24 hours and documenting any sales transactions that occur in the presence of the trainer at the store. Qualifications required: - Minimum 5 years of work experience - Minimum 3 years of Sales/Sales training experience This is a full-time job with the work location being in person.
