As an Online Sales Strategist at our company, your primary role will be to develop and execute online sales strategies in order to achieve sales targets. This will involve creating and implementing promotional campaigns, pricing strategies, and product placement strategies. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing our online store to ensure it is user-friendly and overseeing product listings, content, and inventory. Key Responsibilities: - Regularly monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as website traffic, conversion rates, sales data, and customer behavior to identify areas for improvement. - Optimize product listings by ensuring accurate, compelling descriptions that are optimized for search engines (SEO) to enhance visibility and attract customers. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, sales, IT, and logistics to ensure smooth operations and provide a positive customer experience. - Address online customer queries, resolve issues, and deliver excellent customer service to build loyalty. - Oversee inventory levels, process orders, and coordinate with logistics for timely delivery.
