Ecommerce Marketplace Manager (Fashion & Apparel)
Role Overview We are hiring a results-driven E-commerce Marketplace Manager to lead sales performance across fashion-focused marketplaces like Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Nykaa, and Tata Cliq . The ideal candidate will have strong marketplace advertising experience (PPC), product merchandising skills, and an analytical mindset to scale revenue across our premium fashion brands. Key Responsibilities 🛒 Marketplace Management: Own marketplace P&L and sales targets for all platforms. Oversee listings, A+ content, pricing strategy, and platform-specific merchandising. Optimise delivery and availability metrics to meet platform SLAs. 📣 Advertising & Promotions: Planned and executed Amazon Sponsored Ads , Flipkart Ads , and Myntra ad campaigns . Achieve ROAS and ACoS goals through smart targeting, campaign optimisation, and budget control. Collaborate with content, design, and photography teams for high-performing creative assets. 📊 Data & Sales Analytics: Track daily sales, returns, reviews, and inventory movement across platforms. Perform keyword research, competitor analysis, and pricing benchmarking. Generate actionable insights for campaign improvement and product visibility. 📦 Inventory & Operations Coordination: Work with supply chain and warehouse teams to maintain accurate stock levels and timely dispatches. Prevent out-of-stock or overstock situations through efficient inventory forecasting. 🤝 Platform Relations & Internal Collaboration: Manage relationships with Amazon, Flipkart, and Myntra category teams for deals and promotions. Coordinate internally with design, customer support, and growth marketing teams to improve conversions and CX. Requirements ✅ Must-Have Experience: 5–7 years in marketplace management , including PPC and listing optimisation. Direct experience with Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, Myntra Partner Portal , etc. Prior work in fashion/apparel ecommerce (mandatory). 🧠 Skills: Deep understanding of e-commerce business models, pricing, and platform policies.
