Warehouse & operations executive- E commerce

Marketplace & Omni-Channel Operations

• Monitor marketplace performance (Myntra, Ajio, Nykaa, Tata Cliq, Amazon, Flipkart, etc.) and Omnichannel sales.
• Conduct seasonal & brand-wise performance analysis to support business decisions.
• Review the Month-to-Date (MTD) partner sales performance and share insights in weekly review meetings.
• Assist with discount workings, promotions, and partner reconciliation processes (e.g., Myntra rebates).

Warehouse & Inventory Management

• Manage day-to-day warehouse operations and coordinate with third-party logistics (3PL) partners.
• Perform regular Stock on Hand (SOH) checks across all channels and maintain warehouse SOH reports.
• Track live/not-live stock status and ensure timely replenishment for assigned brands.
• Coordinate with warehouse teams for the movement of inward/outward stock, as well as the onboarding of new partners.
• Conduct stock analysis to support partner expansion and product performance.

Reporting & Process Management

• Compile and maintain sales data; prepare and circulate brand-wise performance reports.
• Support in compiling Order Indents (OI) and reporting metrics across brands.
• Mail, update, and follow up with marketplaces/partners for smooth order execution.
• Participate in weekly operations review meetings to present updates and highlight action points.

• Graduate degree (any discipline).

• 2–3 years of hands-on experience

  in e-commerce operations with direct exposure to:
• Warehouse management
• 3PL coordination
• Marketplace operations (Myntra, Ajio, Nykaa, Tata Cliq – mandatory)
• Strong working knowledge of

  OMS and WMS platforms

  such as Shiprocket, Unicommerce, Vinculum, or similar.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills to work with internal teams and external partners.
• Ability to analyse performance data and provide actionable insights.
• Flexible to travel if required for operational needs.
