Job Summary:

E-Commerce Executive

Key Responsibilities:

E-Commerce Platform Management:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the company’s e-commerce platforms (e.g., Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, WooCommerce, etc.).
  • Ensure product listings are accurate, up-to-date, and optimized for search engines (SEO).
  • Manage product uploads, pricing, inventory, and categorization.

Sales Growth & Strategy:

  • Develop and implement strategies to drive online sales and achieve revenue targets.
  • Analyze sales data, customer behavior, and market trends to identify growth opportunities.
  • Plan and execute promotional campaigns, discounts, and special offers to boost sales.

Customer Experience Optimization:

  • Monitor and improve the online shopping experience to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Address customer queries and resolve issues related to orders, payments, and deliveries.
  • Implement strategies to reduce cart abandonment rates and improve conversion rates.

Digital Marketing Collaboration:

  • Work closely with the digital marketing team to align e-commerce strategies with marketing campaigns.
  • Optimize product listings for paid search (PPC) and social media advertising.
  • Track and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly.

Analytics & Reporting:

  • Generate regular reports on e-commerce performance, including sales, traffic, and conversion rates.
  • Use data-driven insights to make informed decisions and improve overall performance.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and ensure targets are met.

Vendor & Inventory Management:

  • Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely product availability and delivery.
  • Monitor inventory levels and plan restocking to avoid stockouts.
  • Negotiate with vendors to secure favorable terms and pricing.

Technology & Tools:

  • Stay updated on the latest e-commerce tools, technologies, and trends.
  • Implement new features and functionalities to enhance the e-commerce platform.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and work with IT teams to resolve them.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, E-Commerce, or a related field.
  • Proven experience of 2-4

    years

     in e-commerce management or a similar role.
  • In-depth knowledge of e-commerce platforms (e.g., Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, Magento, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of SEO, PPC, and digital marketing strategies.
  • Proficiency in analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Tableau) and MS Excel.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
