Key Responsibilities:

Sourcing candidates via job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.), social media & referrals
Screening resumes, conducting initial calls/assessments
Coordinating & scheduling interviews with hiring managers
Managing the complete recruitment lifecycle: offer negotiation, joining & onboarding
Maintaining candidate database/tracking hiring metrics
Reporting recruitment status, ensuring hiring targets are met.

Qualifications & Skills Required:

Fresh DU graduate
Strong verbal & written communication skills
Basic computer skills (MS Office, Google Workspace)
Good organizational skills & attention to detail
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meet deadlines
Eagerness to learn recruitment tools & processes
