Join us in Noida Sec-62 as an End-to-End Recruitment Executive. This role will give you exposure to the full hiring lifecycle with strong learning, growth & incentive opportunities. Key Responsibilities: Sourcing candidates via job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.), social media & referrals Screening resumes, conducting initial calls/assessments Coordinating & scheduling interviews with hiring managers Managing the complete recruitment lifecycle: offer negotiation, joining & onboarding Maintaining candidate database/tracking hiring metrics Reporting recruitment status, ensuring hiring targets are met.
