Key Responsibilities

  1. Strategic Planning:

    Develop sales and marketing strategies and campaigns for clients, ensuring all duties necessary to deliver such strategies and sales objectives are undertaken.
  2. Print Production Management:

    Oversee all aspects of print production, receipt, and distribution.
  3. Partnership Analysis:

    Analyze potential strategic partner relationships for product lines.
  4. Product Improvement:

    Explore ways to improve existing products and services to increase profitability.
  5. Sales Forecasting:

    Formulate annual and gross-profit plans by forecasting annual sales quotas for regions.
  6. Collections Management:

    Focus on 0-12 MOB and 13-24 MOB or more bounce cases collections, aiming for 100% collections efficiency as per organizational requirements.
  7. Cash Management:

    Ensure cash management is conducted as per SHDFC policy with full integrity.
  8. Performance Monitoring:

    Focus on overall performance by keeping the branch balance scorecard in mind and ensure support and contribution to overall performance.
  9. DSA Management:

    Create new DSAs and manage existing relationships of DSAs/Corporate DSAs/Lead Partners as per business requirements.
  10. Builder/Broker Tie-ups:

    Establish and manage relationships with affordable housing builders/brokers to generate quality home loan leads.
  11. Policy Updates:

    Stay updated with the latest SHDFC policy, product, pricing, and process to ensure better results.
  12. Competitive Analysis:

    Share competition details and feedback with seniors/HOD.
  13. Transparency:

    Ensure sharing of true and accurate information about customers, properties, sellers, etc., to maintain transparent practices.
  14. Lead Management:

    Track lead management, WIP files, reject reviews, SUD files, timely part disbursements or new disbursements, timely transactions, cheque releases, and support timely PDD collection.
  15. Instrument Resolution:

    Resolve instrument not available cases within timelines.
  16. Customer Service:

    Work as per First Time Right (FTR) from login to disbursement to ensure good customer service and best possible TAT.

Required Competencies

  • Sales & Persuasion Skills:

    Excellent selling and persuasion skills with confidence to engage customers.
  • Communication Skills:

    Good communication skills.
  • Language Proficiency:

    Proficiency in English, regional language, and Hindi is desirable.
  • Computer Literacy:

    Proficient in Word, Excel, email, and web-based systems.
  • Personality:

    Pleasant and well-groomed personality.
