Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Trivandrum for a DOT NET Lead. The DOT NET Lead will guide a team of developers, design and implement .NET-based software solutions, and oversee the development lifecycle from conceptualization to deployment. Responsibilities include leading code and design reviews, optimizing performance, debugging and resolving issues, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and successful project delivery.

• Lead a team of

• Perform

• Design and develop applications using:

• ASP.NET Core / .NET 6 / .NET 7 / .NET 8

• Web API / MVC / Razor Pages

• Strong understanding of:
• Dependency Injection
• Middleware
• Authentication & Authorization
• Background jobs & schedulers
• Write

  clean, testable, maintainable code

• Strong hands-on experience with:

• SQL Server

• PostgreSQL

• Expertise in:
• Database schema design
• Indexing & query optimization
• Stored procedures, functions, views
• Transactions, locks, concurrency handling
• Ability to debug

• Working knowledge of:

Qualifications

• Expertise in .NET framework, ASP.NET, and .NET Core development
• Proficiency in Microsoft technologies such as C#, Visual Studio,SQL Server and PostgreSQL
• Experience in software design patterns, architecture, and object-oriented programming
• Strong skills in web development technologies, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like Angular or React
• Ability to lead, mentor, and collaborate with development teams and stakeholders
• Knowledge of version control systems such as Git
• Experience with Agile and Scrum development processes
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills
• A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field; relevant certifications are a plus
