Domestic Technical Recruiter


Responsibilities:

  • End-to-end recruitment for domestic IT roles — sourcing, screening, scheduling, and coordinating interviews.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and deliver quality talent.
  • Source candidates through job portals, social media, networking, and referrals.
  • Manage the candidate lifecycle from first connect to offer acceptance.
  • Maintain strong relationships with candidates and provide an excellent hiring experience.
  • Meet weekly and monthly targets on submissions, interviews, and closures.


Requirements:

  • 3–6 years of experience as a

    technical recruiter in the domestic market

    .
  • Strong knowledge of technologies such as Java, .NET, Cloud, Data, DevOps, and emerging skills.
  • Excellent sourcing skills using portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.) and innovative techniques.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
