4+ years of progressive talent acquisition experience In IT Requirements
The primary responsibility of the recruiter is to make placements/closures against a given client requirement
Experience working with global teams and companies is strongly preferred.
Well-versed with Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter and other candidate sourcing tools
Highly organized, self-starter, with strong time management skills
Exceptional listener and collaborator with a demonstrated ability to create positive working
relationships
In-house recruiters may not suit to my requirement, candidates who have worked in staffing companies and handling multiple clients requirements could apply of this positions
