Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Manage the
end-to-end recruitment process
for technical roles from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and onboarding.
Partner with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and team dynamics.
Develop and execute
sourcing strategies
using job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter, employee referrals, and other creative channels.
Conduct
technical and cultural fit assessments
through interviews and assessments.
Maintain candidate pipelines and manage ATS (Applicant Tracking System) data accuracy.
Drive
employer branding initiatives
to attract top technical talent.
Provide regular recruitment metrics and market insights to stakeholders.
Stay up to date with
industry trends, salary benchmarks, and talent availability
in the tech domain.
