This role requires someone who can manage high-volume hiring with speed and accuracy while maintaining excellent candidate and client experience. Work closely with MSP programs to understand hiring requirements and deliver talent pipelines. Utilize VMS (Vendor Management Systems) to manage requisitions, candidate submissions, and compliance.
