This full-time on-site position is for a District Sales Manager based in Hanumangarh. The District Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing sales operations within the district, developing and implementing sales strategies, and ensuring the achievement of targets. Leading and motivating a team of sales representatives, identifying new business opportunities, and establishing strong relationships with stakeholders are key aspects of this role. Additionally, the District Sales Manager will be involved in analyzing market trends, reporting on sales performance, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Qualifications required for this role include expertise in Sales Management and Strategy Development, experience in Team Leadership and Team Motivation, proficiency in building and managing relationships with stakeholders, skills in Market Analysis and Reporting, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. The ideal candidate should be capable of working independently, handling multiple tasks efficiently, and having relevant industry experience would be advantageous. A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred for this position.,
