The role involves handling manpower planning, conducting interviews, preparing offer and appointment letters, maintaining attendance and leave records, assisting in payroll processing, and ensuring compliance with labor laws such as PF, ESI, gratuity, and professional tax. The HR Executive also supports employee relations by addressing queries and grievances, organizing engagement and welfare activities, coordinating training and development programs, and assisting managers in performance evaluations. The Lead Strategic Alliance & Partnership Distribution will drive business growth by developing, managing, and scaling strategic alliances and partnership distribution channels. The role requires expertise in originating, negotiating, and implementing high-impact partnerships, especially in lending, co-lending, and channel distribution for NBFC products across various verticals, including MSME, consumer, equipment, and supply chain finance. The ideal candidate will combine business development acumen with strong cross-functional collaboration and deep understanding of the NBFC and fintech ecosystem. Key Responsibilities:-Identify & Forge Partnerships, Prospect, evaluate, and establish alliances with NBFCs, banks, fintechs, aggregators, distribution channels, and other financial institutions. Develop partnerships for new business opportunities across products like MSME lending, supply chain finance, consumer finance, equipment finance, and digital lending. Strategic Planning & Execution:-Create and implement strategies to drive channel distribution, demand generation, and business origination for lending and co-lending. Develop and execute the strategic roadmap for alliance management, focusing on market trends, industry innovation, and mutual business growth. Negotiation & Business Structuring:- Lead end-to-end negotiations, structuring, and execution of partnership agreements. Manage commercial terms, drive P&L responsibility for partner business, and ensure regulatory and operational compliance. Relationship Management & Market Monitoring:- Cultivate and sustain high-value relationships with C-level executives at partner institutions. Maintain up-to-date industry knowledge and identify emerging partnership opportunities or threats. Monitor portfolio and partnership performance, intervene for corrective actions, and recommend business improvements. Innovation & Solution Development:- Lead co-created product and process innovation with partners for differentiated growth and customer experience.
