An HR Executive (Generalist) is responsible for managing the complete employee life cycle, including recruitment, onboarding, employee records, payroll, statutory compliance, employee engagement, training, performance management, and exit formalities. The role involves handling manpower planning, conducting interviews, preparing offer and appointment letters, maintaining attendance and leave records, assisting in payroll processing, and ensuring compliance with labor laws such as PF, ESI, gratuity, and professional tax. The HR Executive also supports employee relations by addressing queries and grievances, organizing engagement and welfare activities, coordinating training and development programs, and assisting managers in performance evaluations. Additionally, they implement and update HR policies, prepare HR MIS reports on manpower, attrition, and attendance, and act as a bridge between employees and management to foster a positive work culture while ensuring smooth day-to-day HR operations.
