Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a District Sales Manager located in Andhra Pradesh & Telangana (Srikakulam, Vizianagaram, Parvathipuram, Manyam , Visakhapatnam, Anakapalle ,Alluri Sitharama Raju Kakinada, East Godavari ,Konaseema ,West Godavari ,Eluru, Krishna, NTR Guntur, Palnadu, Bapatla Prakasam Sri Potti Sriramulu Nellore, Kurnool, Nandyala, Anantapur ,Sri Sathya Sai Y.S.R. (Kadapa) , Annamayya Chittoor ,Tirupati ,Adilabad, Kumuram Bheem Asifabad ,Mancherial ,Nirmal ,Nizamabad ,Jagtial ,Peddapalli ,Kamareddy, Rajanna Sircilla ,Karimnagar ,Jayashankar ,Bhupalpally ,Sangareddy ,Medak ,Siddipet ,Jangaon ,Hanumakonda ,Warangal ,Mulugu ,Bhadradri ,Kothagudem ,Khammam ,Mahabubabad Suryapet ,Nalgonda ,Yadadri, Bhuvanagiri ,Medchal-Malkajgiri, Hyderabad ,Ranga Reddy, Vikarabad ,Narayanpet ,Mahabubnagar ,Nagarkurnool ,Wanaparthy ,Jogulamba Gadwal). The District Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing sales operations within the assigned district, developing sales strategies, managing a team of sales representatives, and achieving sales targets. Tasks include conducting market research, building and maintaining customer relationships, and providing reports and analysis to senior management. The role also requires coordinating with marketing teams to implement promotional activities and ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations.


Qualifications

  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Experience in sales strategy development and market analysis
  • Excellent communication and customer relationship management skills
  • Proficiency in using sales software and CRM systems
  • Ability to work independently and make data-driven decisions
  • Minimum of a bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Prior experience in the medical devices or healthcare or Pharma industry is a plus
