Spice Money joined hands with actor and philanthropist Sonu Sood in 2020, aiming to promote entrepreneurship and bring real change in the lives of rural and semi-urban populations.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a District Sales Manager located in North Delhi. The District Sales Manager will be responsible for managing and overseeing the sales activities within their assigned district. This includes developing and implementing sales strategies, monitoring sales performance, and ensuring that sales targets are met. The District Sales Manager will also be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with Adhikaris, providing training and support, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

Sales management and strategy development skills
Experience in building and maintaining customer relationships and providing support
Strong communication and leadership skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, on-site environment
Relevant experience in the fintech or rural banking industry is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
