Job Description

As a Channel Sales professional at SPX FLOW, your role involves nurturing and expanding relationships with channel partners to enhance sales coverage in designated territories. Your primary objective is to contribute to revenue and profit growth by adding value to customers. It is crucial for you to have a comprehensive understanding of the territory, including customers, competitors, industries, and trends related to SPXFLOW's Nutrition & Health Equipment product portfolio. Your responsibilities will include: - Identifying and seizing new business opportunities - Setting and achieving sales goals - Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders - Representing the company at professional events and trade shows Key duties and responsibilities: - Proactively networking to generate sales leads - Identifying market opportunities - Developing strategic account penetration strategies - Increasing sales to existing accounts - Expanding business through cross-selling - Maintaining strong customer relationships To excel in this role, you should possess: - Strong negotiation skills - Ability to influence cross-functional teams - Excellent communication skills - Understanding of business, financials, and products/services Qualifications required: - Bachelor's degree in engineering or related discipline - Minimum 10 years of sales experience - Background in process engineering - Knowledge of the Food & Beverage market - Exceptional relationship management skills Additional details of the company: - Proficiency in CRM software (MS Dynamics, Cloud 4 Customer, Salesforce) - Proficiency in MS Office, particularly MS Excel - Extensive travel within the APAC region may be required - Expected to embody company values and principles If you are a results-driven individual with a passion for sales and relationship management, this Channel Sales role at SPX FLOW offers a rewarding opportunity to showcase your skills and contribute to the success of a global industry leader.,
