Dispatch Executive

• A Dispatch Executive manages the timely and accurate delivery of goods or services by coordinating logistics, drivers, and warehouse staff. Key responsibilities include scheduling, routing, monitoring shipments, managing inventory, and ensuring proper documentation and compliance with regulations. The role requires strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Core responsibilities

• Coordination and scheduling: Dispatching drivers, crews, or vehicles to specific locations based on schedules, customer requests, or immediate needs.

• Logistics and routing: Optimizing delivery routes for efficiency and coordinating with logistics providers.

• Shipment monitoring: Tracking shipments and providing status updates to customers.

• Inventory management: Overseeing packing and inventory levels to ensure stock availability and accuracy before dispatch.

• Documentation: Maintaining accurate records of all dispatch activities, including receiving, shipping, and discrepancy reports.

• Problem-solving: Resolving issues that arise during the dispatch process and handling customer complaints.

• Compliance: Ensuring all processes comply with safety and quality standards.

• Required skills and qualifications

Communication: Effectively communicating with drivers, customers, and internal teams.
