Job Title: Billing & Dispatch Executive

Job Description:
We are looking for a Billing & Dispatch Executive to manage daily invoicing, maintain dispatch records, and ensure smooth coordination between accounts, production, and transport teams. The role includes preparing GST-compliant bills, checking order details, arranging dispatches, coordinating with transporters, updating stock/outward entries, and ensuring timely delivery of materials. The candidate should have strong documentation skills, knowledge of Excel, basic accounting, and experience with ERP/Tally or similar systems.
