Director Talent Delivery

You will be responsible for leading the McDonalds Office team in India, collaborating with the People Solutions team for Talent Management and Talent Acquisition globally. Your role will involve overseeing Talent Review, Succession Planning, Performance Management, Competencies, Coaching & Development through the SAP SuccessFactors system. Additionally, you will manage Talent Attraction activities such as pre-boarding, onboarding, and EVP based on platforms like Paradox. Your main responsibilities will include: - Recruiting and onboarding a team of 14 individuals in the McDonalds International Office - Establishing effective ways of working and structures to deliver the Talent agenda across US and India offices - Defining accountabilities, goal setting, and reviewing performance to ensure goal delivery and recognition of high performance - Serving as the lead expert for Talent Management and Attraction, identifying optimization opportunities - Managing and optimizing talent acquisition tools and technologies to enhance recruitment efficiency - Leading the implementation of global talent management programs to enhance employee performance and professional growth Qualifications: Basic Qualifications: - Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; advanced degree preferred - Experience in talent acquisition and talent management with a leadership role overseeing global recruitment initiatives - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Excellent communication and presentation skills - Proven track record of managing global teams in a matrixed organization Preferred Qualifications: - Knowledge of HR compliance and data privacy regulations - Significant human resources experience - Strong business acumen - Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills - Significant management experience building and leading teams - Experienced in collaborating with cross-functional partners in a matrixed environment Please note that the work location for this full-time role is Hyderabad, India, and the work mode is hybrid.,
