  End-to-end offshore project delivery across full-stack technologies (Java, Microservices, Kafka, Python, JavaScript, AWS Cloud, APIs, Testing) for a leading US based airline.

  : Gather and translate client requirements to plan project timelines, budgets, risks, and resource planning.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end offshore project delivery across full-stack technologies.
• Collaborate closely with onsite customer teams to gather and translate requirements.
• Oversee project timelines, risks, budgets, and resource planning.
• Lead, mentor, and grow a team of Full Stack Developers.
• Proactively manage project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Track the work progress and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
• Continuously drive process improvement and promote agile best practices.

Key Skills:

• 20 years in software development and delivery/project management.
• Strong experience in project management (Agile, Scrum)
• Strong understanding of Full Stack technologies (Java, Microservices, Kafka, Python, JavaScript, AWS Cloud, APIs, Testing).
• Excellent communication, leadership, and customer-facing skills.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and project tracking tools (Jira, Azure DevOps, etc.).
• Strong risk management and team management capabilities.
