In This Role You Will Be Responsible For

• Collaborating and influencing various stakeholders in the US and India teams.
• Providing technical design and architectural leadership and engages across lines of business to ensure technical fit with respect to business needs.
• Providing technical leadership, guidance, and support in the deployment of complex applications in globally distributed computing environments.
• Facilitating the governance and use of enterprise architecture principles, guidance, and reference architectures.
• Driving AI tools adoption as well as AI use cases in our teams.
• Integrating AI/ML technologies into product development lifecycles, including identifying, prototyping, and deploying AI-driven solutions that yield tangible business efficiencies or new product capabilities.
• Building the talent & leadership pipeline through coaching and mentoring. Hire, train & retrain high-performing innovation experts.
• Enabling successful collaboration with multiple internal and external partners (including Vendor Partners).
• Delivering results within budget, time, quality, and strategic as well as tactical key performance goals and utilizing strong negotiating skills.
• Maintaining required governance, SOX Audits and ensuring security compliance of all applications responsible.
  

Where youll be working

Youll Need To Have

• Bachelors degree or ten or more years of work experience.
• Six or more years of relevant work experience.
• Experience in IT and Business Unit driving technology strategy and solutions implementation across portfolios and lines of business.
• Experience working across Global Stakeholders across Time Zones.
• Ability to identify opportunities, facilitate sessions to ideate and come up with AI Use cases to drive innovation and efficiencies.
• Telecom industry experience with a focus on large scale transformation programs.
• Experience in evaluating SaaS and PaaS platforms in the Billing Ecosystem.

• A Master's degree.
• Industry recognitions, patents & papers, participation in standards/professional bodies.
• Data Architecture experience and strong knowledge of our wireless & wireline products.
• Ability to thrive and adapt in a highly dynamic and ambiguous environment, consistently meeting critical deadlines and managing competing priorities effectively.
• Exceptional executive-level communication skills, with a proven ability to effectively present complex technical strategies and project updates to VPs, SVPs, CIOs, and other senior leadership.
• Relationship skills to enable success across multiple partners.
