Director - Software Development

• Own technical strategy and roadmap for multiple product lines; set architecture standards and ensure consistent, scalable implementation across teams.
• Lead, coach, and scale a multi-disciplinary engineering organizationrecruiting, performance management, and career development for senior and mid-level engineers.
• Drive end-to-end delivery: prioritise initiatives, define success metrics, remove blockers, and ensure timely, high-quality releases.
• Partner closely with Product, Design, QA, and Security to translate business goals into technical requirements and measurable outcomes.
• Champion engineering best practices: CI/CD, automated testing, observability, incident response, and security-by-design.
• Manage budgets, vendor relationships, and technical due diligence for cloud, third-party services, and platform investments.
