Job Description

Compunnel Inc. is looking for an experienced Sales Leader to drive growth through strategic alliances, partner ecosystems, and vertical-based solution sales. You will play a key role in shaping go-to-market strategies, fostering executive-level relationships, and expanding Compunnel in verticals like BFSI, Healthcare, Retail, and Technology. The ideal candidate will be a compelling communicator, adept at achieving growth through partner-driven and direct sales. You should possess a deep understanding of emerging technologies and market trends. In addition to managing a personal revenue target, you will be involved in team leadership and collaborate across functions to make a significant market impact. Responsibilities include: - Developing and implementing scalable go-to-market strategies aligned with Compunnel's objectives. - Building and strengthening relationships with technology and consulting partners to drive joint opportunities. - Leading vertical-specific pursuits by identifying client needs and aligning Compunnel's services to deliver results. - Managing full-cycle sales engagements, focusing on high-value digital transformation opportunities. - Engaging with C-level executives to establish trust and long-term partnerships. - Managing a personal book of business and meeting revenue targets through partner-led and direct channels. - Collaborating with internal teams, mentoring junior sellers, and fostering a performance-driven sales culture. - Monitoring engagement performance, forecasting, and reporting on opportunity health. - Staying informed about industry trends, competitors, and technology shifts. Qualifications: - 15+ years of enterprise sales experience with a focus on partner/channel-led and vertical-based selling. - Successful track record in building and managing alliances with hyperscalers and ISVs. - Exposure to the US market with direct access to US partners and clients. - Consistent achievement of sales targets in IT services, consulting, or digital transformation. - Ability to cultivate executive-level client relationships and lead consultative sales cycles. - Visionary thinker with knowledge of emerging technologies. - Strong business acumen and communication skills. - Prior leadership or team management experience preferred. - Bachelor's degree required; MBA is a plus.
