Inside Sales Specialist Job Title:Consultant-Strategy & Business Development Work Location: Noida Sector 58 Shift Timing: 7 PM IST - 4 AM IST (US EST Timezone) Cab service on both sides Meal Facility Huge Incentive Structure Responsibilities & Qualifications: ➢Must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. ➢Self-motivated with a results-driven approach ➢ Prior experience selling Testing Automation Tools in the North American region is a must. ➢ Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to adapt strategies and identify growth opportunities. ➢ Prospecting: Identify & Map the right target accounts & POCs ➢ Lead Generation: Perform various sales outreach methodologies to engage and schedule new meetings ➢ Relationship Building: Cultivate strong relationships with key decision makers & influencers. Provide exceptional service and maintain regular communication with prospects & clients. ➢ Sales Target: Meet and exceed monthly & quarterly sales targets & quotas ➢ Reporting: Adept in maintaining accurate records of sales activities, leads & opportunities in the CRM.
