Role Overview: As an Inside Sales Management Specialist at Accenture, you will be a part of the Intelligent Sales and Customer Operations team, providing end-to-end solutions across marketing, sales, and service. Your role will involve supporting lead/opportunity generation by conducting calls, sending emails, connecting via social media, scheduling meetings, conducting customer surveys, identifying event participants, and raising product awareness on behalf of sales/marketing teams. You will also assist clients in customer acquisition strategies to grow and acquire new customers. Your adaptability, ability to perform under pressure, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail will be key in this role. Key Responsibilities: - Analyze and solve moderately complex problems - Create new solutions and adapt existing methods and procedures - Understand the strategic direction set by senior management and align team goals accordingly - Interact with direct supervisor, peers, and/or management levels at a client or within Accenture - Manage small teams and/or work efforts at a client or within Accenture - Work in rotational shifts as required Qualifications Required: - Any Graduation - 7 to 11 years of experience Additional Details: Accenture is a global professional services company specializing in digital, cloud, and security solutions.
