Role Overview
Inside Sales Specialist
Tezz Academy
Must Have
Lead Generation
- Identify, contact, and qualify inbound and outbound leads interested in Tezzonix certifications.
- Conduct outreach through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other channels to nurture prospects.
Consultative Selling
- Present Tezzonix certification offerings and explain benefits, career pathways, and outcomes.
- Conduct needs analysis to recommend the most suitable certification program (e.g., PSM, PSPO, ISTQB, PMP).
- Address candidate queries about course content, exam details, pricing, schedules, and outcomes.
- Track your numbers, share insights, and help Tezzonix shape its revenue strategy.
Sales Conversion
- Drive conversion from enquiry to enrolment/admission by guiding prospects through the certification sign-up process.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly enrolment targets.
CRM & Reporting
- Maintain accurate prospect and sales activity records in the CRM system.
- Provide weekly updates on leads, conversions, sales pipeline status, and insights to the Sales & Marketing teams.
Collaboration
- Partner with marketing to refine messaging and optimize campaigns based on market response.
- Work with TezzAcademy faculty and support teams to ensure smooth onboarding of enrolled participants.
Required Qualifications:
- 12 years of experience in
inside sales
, business development, or lead conversion roles (preferably with training, certifications, or EdTech products). - Excellent communication (verbal & written) and consultative selling skills.
- Comfortable engaging with professionals at all career levels.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage a sales pipeline.
Preferred
- Experience with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho).
- Understanding of professional certifications (Agile, Scrum, PMP, ISTQB) and career significance.
- Target-driven mindset with demonstrated success in achieving sales outcomes.
Additional Qualifications:
- BBA/MBA in Sales & Marketing graduate holders, or Graduates, or final-year students with demonstrable interest in sales/marketing.
- Comfortable working remotely full-time across India Standard Time (IST)
- Reliable internet and a quiet workspace are required.
