Role Description


This is a part-time remote role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist. The responsibilities include identifying and engaging prospective clients, executing sales strategies, providing excellent customer service, and building long-term relationships with customers. Additional tasks include supporting marketing campaigns, assisting with sales training initiatives, utilizing LinkedIn and WhatsApp for marketing purposes, creating sales funnels, and efficiently managing sales processes to meet key objectives.


Location: Remote

Duration: 3 Months Internship + permanent opportunity

Experience Required: 0-2 years

Compensation: Base Salary + Attractive incentives for qualified leads that convert to business.

Candidate Profile:


  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage with clients effectively
  • Experience in Sales and Sales Management, with the ability to execute strategies and achieve targets
  • Experience or interest in Training to support and guide team members as needed
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities
  • Expert in Content creation, managing campaigns, and increasing sales
  • Proficiency in digital AI tools and CRM systems
  • Support the marketing team in preparing proposals, presentations, sales campaigns, promotional activities, and sales materials.
  • Maintain and update databases with client information and follow-up details.

• Strong negotiation skills, interpersonal skills, and a target-driven mindset

• Passion for sales, marketing, and customer engagement.

  • Generate sales reports, analyze sales data, and provide insights to the management team. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide recommendations for performance improvement.
  • A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Sales, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
  • Excellent Communication skills in Malayalam & English
