The Sales and Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, identifying and pursuing new client opportunities, and maintaining relationships with existing customers. They will also collaborate with teams to create effective marketing campaigns, provide product training, and monitor market trends to optimize strategies over time. Qualifications Strong communication and customer service skills for engaging with clients and team members Proven expertise in sales and sales management to achieve and exceed targets Experience in providing training to team members to improve performance and productivity Ability to analyze market trends and adapt strategies accordingly Effective organizational and multitasking skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field Previous experience in the sales or marketing industry is preferred
