Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist located in Bengaluru. The role involves driving sales initiatives, managing customer relationships, and providing exceptional customer service. The specialist will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies, conducting market research, managing sales processes, and providing training to clients and partners on product knowledge and benefits. Additionally, the role involves coordinating with marketing teams to plan campaigns and analyze sales performance metrics to achieve business objectives. Qualifications Strong Communication and Customer Service skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients and stakeholders. Proven expertise in Sales and Sales Management, with experience in meeting targets and fostering business growth. Training skills to provide guidance and support to team members and clients regarding product and service offerings. Proficiency in developing and executing marketing strategies aligned with business goals. Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to make informed decisions. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred. Experience in the aerospace and defense industry or similar sectors is a plus. Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of working collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
