Role Description We are hiring a Sales & Marketing Specialist (Remote) to promote and sell our AI-powered development programs. The ideal candidate must have excellent English communication , strong clarity in speech, and high confidence while speaking with potential learners. Your responsibilities include connecting with leads, explaining course offerings (Frontend, Backend, Full Stack), handling objections, and closing admissions. You will also support marketing activities such as lead generation, basic digital outreach, and CRM management. This role is best suited for someone who is target-driven, persuasive, and experienced in both sales and marketing within the education or IT skill-development sector. Qualifications Excellent English communication (spoken + written) with strong clarity. Confident speaker with strong soft skills and persuasive ability. Proven experience in sales, lead conversion, or education counselling. Good understanding of digital marketing basics and lead funnels. Familiarity with CRM tools, sales dashboards, or marketing tools. Ability to explain tech/IT courses clearly (Frontend, Backend, Full Stack). Experience in EdTech or IT training sales is a strong advantage. Self-motivated, disciplined, and able to work remotely. 1–4 years of sales/marketing experience preferred.
