Role Description

This is a full-time remote position for a Sales and Marketing Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote our products and services. Daily tasks will include identifying and pursuing sales leads, building relationships with customers, conducting customer needs assessments, and providing excellent customer service. You will also assist in creating sales plans and training programs to enhance team performance and contribute to the growth of the organization.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Communication and Customer Service to engage with clients effectively and address their needs.
• Proven capability in Sales and Sales Management, including meeting targets and managing relationships with customers.
• Experience in Training others on sales techniques and product knowledge.
• Self-motivation, goal-oriented mindset, and the ability to work independently in a remote work environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
• Previous experience in the elevator or service industry is an advantage.
