Your Impact
As a Director of Product, you will lead the product strategy, drive innovation, and deliver exceptional client and user experiences for our product suite.This is part of an exciting, highly visible, fast-growing team within the Growth, Marketing & Sales practice and the broader firm. The Periscope B2C Retail team builds enterprise software as service (SaaS) pricing capabilities for our clients. Periscope products are leading solutions in the industry innovating on AI/ML and GenAI capabilities applied to Pricing domain. You’ll oversee a team of product managers, collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, and shape the roadmap that defines our future.You will: define and communicate a compelling product vision aligned with organization goals and client feedback; develop and execute long-term product strategies and roadmaps; translate business goals into product roadmaps with measurable outcomes; inspire a team of product managers, designers, architects and engineers to think out of the box; experiment and build new capabilities; build subject matter expertise in the retail pricing and promotion management domain; understand deeply the user behaviors and client feedback to build insights and apply the insights to drive differentiated product capabilities and outcomes to build, lead, and mentor a high-performing product management team in India.You will also: work closely with teams to build a culture of innovation, ownership and data-driven decision-making; guide the product roadmaps to balance strategic vision for client, market and technology upgrade needs; prioritize initiatives based on client business impact, user delight, and technical efficiency; act as a key liaison between executive leadership and product teams; and communicate product plans, progress, risk mitigation plans and outcomes to stakeholders and clients.You’ll be aligned primarily with Periscope’s technology team. Your Qualifications and Skills
- 16+ years’ experience in Product Management roles with at least 5 years in a similar leadership role in an enterprise software product organization
- Prior experience building software products in Retail, Consumer Analytics domain with Big data, AI/ML, financial forecasts is highly desired
- Proven ability to build and lead distributed product teams, ideally within a matrixed global environment.
- Track record of delivering complex products to large number of clients
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities - building a strong understanding of client and user problems and building capabilities that help resolve their pain points
- Data-driven mindset, with proficiency in leveraging analytics and market insights to inform product decisions
- Strong communicator with experience aligning and influencing stakeholders across regions.
- Demonstrated experience presenting product vision and roadmaps in large forums to clients, industry analysts and experts.
- Demonstrated experience in building strong connections and relationships with clients, stakeholders, internal partner teams and external partners.
- Ownership mentality – demonstrated end to end ownership, accountability, and a desire to lead from the front when required to achieve the desired outcome.

- Technical fluency; comfort understanding and discussing new technology concepts, schedule tradeoffs and new opportunities with technical team members
