About the Role: We are seeking a strategic Director of Marketing to lead our in-house marketing initiatives and build a powerful B2B SaaS brand. You will be responsible for setting the marketing vision and executing across brand marketing, digital performance (paid & SEO), content, and social media. This is a high-impact role for someone with 4+ years of strong B2B marketing experience who can independently own strategy and execution, and collaborate across teams to scale brand presence and pipeline growth. Key Responsibilities: Marketing Strategy & Leadership • Own the brand and marketing strategy for the company across all digital and offline touchpoints. • Build and execute full-funnel marketing plans with a focus on awareness, engagement, and lead generation. • Work cross-functionally with product, sales, and leadership to align marketing with business objectives. Performance & Growth Marketing • Drive paid campaigns across Google, LinkedIn, and other B2B channels to generate qualified leads. • Oversee SEO and content strategy to grow organic reach and inbound pipeline. • Define and track key metrics like CAC, MQLs, conversion rates, and ROI. Brand & Content • Shape the brand narrative and messaging across platforms and campaigns. • Supervise content creation (blogs, case studies, whitepapers, video) aligned with the customer journey. • Maintain consistency in brand tone, design, and messaging across all marketing channels. Social & Community • Build and manage the brand’s presence on LinkedIn, Twitter, and YouTube. • Engage with relevant communities and industry forums to increase reach and credibility. Key Requirements: • 4+ years of hands-on experience in B2B SaaS marketing, ideally in a fast-paced or early-stage environment. • Proven experience in performance marketing, SEO, social media, and brand storytelling. • Strong understanding of B2B buyer journeys, funnels, and metrics. • Experience with tools like Google Ads, GA4, HubSpot (or similar CRM/automation), LinkedIn Ads, SEMrush/Ahrefs. • Strong project management and communication skills—able to work independently and lead cross-functional initiatives.
