Job Description

We are looking for a skilled finance professional with 10-18 years of experience to lead our financial team as the Director of Finance & Business Support. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance and business support, with excellent leadership skills.


Roles and Responsibility
  • Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting to ensure the company's financial stability.
  • Develop and implement financial strategies to drive business growth and profitability.
  • Lead and manage a team of finance professionals, providing guidance and mentorship.
  • Analyze financial data and provide insights to senior management for informed decision-making.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
  • Manage and maintain relationships with external auditors, bankers, and other stakeholders.

Job Requirements
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in finance and accounting, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Strong knowledge of financial management, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to analyze complex financial data and provide actionable insights.
  • Strong understanding of financial regulations and standards.
  • Experience in managing teams and leading cross-functional projects.
