Job Description

We are looking for a highly experienced and skilled professional to lead our Food and Beverage team as a Director. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the hospitality industry, with expertise in managing high-quality food service operations.

Roles and Responsibility

Oversee daily food and beverage service operations to ensure exceptional customer experiences.
Develop and implement menus, recipes, and culinary programs to enhance menu offerings.
Manage inventory, supplies, and vendor relationships to optimize costs and efficiency.
Train and mentor staff members to improve their skills and knowledge.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
Monitor quality control measures to maintain high standards of food safety and presentation.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in managing large-scale food and beverage operations.
Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate teams.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse stakeholders.
Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to drive business growth.
Knowledge of food safety regulations and compliance requirements.
Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
