Role: Relationship Manager (Real Estate Channel Sales)

Role Overview:

The Relationship Manager will be responsible for onboarding, managing and nurturing relationships with real estate channel partners. The role includes driving business growth through activations, follow-ups, and ensuring partners are actively engaged on the Square Connect platform.


Key Responsibilities:


Channel Partner Onboarding

• Identify, connect and onboard new real estate agents/channel partners

• Explain product offerings, platform benefits, and subscription plans

• Ensure smooth onboarding and verification process

Relationship Management

• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with channel partners

• Resolve concerns, offer product support, and ensure high partner satisfaction

• Act as a single point of contact for partners’ platform-related queries

Sales & Activation

• Drive daily activations and monthly revenue targets

• Promote subscription upgrades & new service offerings

• Track partner performance and ensure consistent usage of the platform

Business Growth & Reporting

• Follow up regularly to convert active partners to paid subscribers

• Maintain accurate records of interactions in the CRM

• Share daily/weekly reports with the team manager


Desired Skills & Competencies:

• Strong communication & negotiation skills

• Good understanding of real estate market trends

• Target-driven with a sales-focused mindset

• Ability to build trust and maintain professional relationships

• Basic tech/platform understanding (CRM, apps, dashboards)

Qualifications:

• Graduation mandatory

• Fresher or experienced (sales/real estate experience preferred)
