Digital Relationship Manager

The ideal candidate for this role will be responsible for building a strong relationship with our clients and analyzing their data. You will act as the main point of contact for our clients, maintaining and fostering relationships by providing personalized financial advice and services. Additionally, you will be expected to identify new business opportunities to support the growth of our client base. Your responsibilities will include customer engagement and relationship building to ensure client satisfaction. You will also be involved in cross-selling and revenue generation activities, presenting the value proposition to both sales leads and existing customers. Prospecting for new sales leads and closing sales will be a key aspect of this role, along with providing customer support and resolving queries in a timely manner. To be considered for this position, you should have 3-5 years of experience in banking or the financial sector. A graduation degree is a mandatory requirement. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for effectively interacting with clients and colleagues.
