Job Description

Digital/Social Media Executive Job Role - The Digital/Social Media Executive is responsible for managing the company’s digital presence, driving online engagement, and supporting marketing campaigns through social media and digital platforms. This role involves creating compelling content, executing campaigns, analyzing performance data, and ensuring that all activities align with the brand’s voice and objectives.

Key Responsibilities / Task List:

  • Digital Marketing:
  • Assist in the development and execution of SEO strategy for the website.
  • Regularly update website content, including page builds, forms, video galleries, press releases, and blogs.
  • Monitor backend analytics and suggest strategies to improve website traffic.
  • Conduct SEO audits and implement improvements (on-page, off-page, and Local SEO).
  • Help optimize lead generation from social media posts/ads.
  • Support in planning and executing email and WhatsApp outreach campaigns.
  • Assist in running performance marketing campaigns across various platforms.
  • Social Media Management:
  • Contribute to developing and executing social media strategies for Instagram, YouTube, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
  • Manage content for CEO’s social media handles on LinkedIn and Twitter.
  • Assist in planning campaigns to grow followers and boost engagement.
  • Drive performance marketing campaigns by boosting organic posts and managing paid ads.

Technical Skills Required:

  • Experience with social media strategy and management across Instagram, YouTube, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Meta.
  • Basic knowledge of website management, SEO (on-page, off-page, local), and analytics tools.
  • Experience with email marketing platforms and WhatsApp campaign tools.
  • Hands-on experience in performance marketing and paid campaigns.
  • Familiarity with content creation, social media ads, and lead generation strategies.

Soft Skills Required:

  • Creativity in campaign planning and content creation.
  • Strong analytical skills to track and report on engagement and campaign performance.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with agencies, internal teams, and stakeholders.
  • Adaptability and problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proactive approach to improving performance and taking ownership of tasks.

Education & Experience:

  • Mandatory: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
  • Experience: 2+ years of relevant experience in digital marketing, social media management, or brand communications.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
