Role & responsibilities The person will be responsible for a set of dealership and will manage workshop of channel partners to ensure customer satisfaction and complaint resolution, achievement of business goal, ensure and sustain quality of repair & implementation of in dealership processes Extend Technical support dealer when required / intervene and solve technical issues at dealership. Act as a conduit between Field and Product support team and share reports as required so that relevant technical information is passed to QA and R&D. Enhance and maintain quality of repair in dealership. Achieve vehicle reporting plan in dealer workshop / achieve Spare and Oil Business plan for assigned dealerships. Ensure manpower adequacy and % of trained manpower in dealer workshop. Secondary network expansion - planning and execution / Conduct OJT for dealer service manpower. Guide dealers about warranty SOP and ensure claims are submitted by dealer on Time. Ensure customer satisfaction in dealership. Plan and execute service marketing activities in dealers territory. Ensure escalated customer concern closure in a timely manner in coordination with dealer team. Preferred candidate profile Degree in B.E. / Diploma in Mechanical / Automobile. Min. 4 to 8 years of Experience in Field Service of Automobile Industry. Should have Exposure of Diesel / CNG / EV Technology. Should have Exposure of Direct handling of Dealerships.

Business Development Activities in terms of Growth in Business. Handholding of the Dealer / Distributor of the assigned country. Arrange & Participate in Sales Promotion Activities at the Dealer / Distributor end. Follow up & Track the Consignment of the order placed. Prepare & Maintain MIS.

Maintain Accounting of Invoices (around 200 per day). Manager Account Payables in SAP. Book(Miro) in SAP with Applicable Taxation. Resolve invoice queries with the relevant Department. Freight invoices booking. Debit & Credit note & JV. Vendor Reconciliation, Mail Communication. Hands-on experience in SAP & Excel is a must.

Role & responsibilities Knowledge of Dealer Management Software ( Pre Sales , Sales, Spares, Service, Warranty, CRM etc. Module) Provide end-user support to end users via email, phone, web, and in person Troubleshoot software and identify root causes of software problems • Analyze software related issues and propose solutions Fix software problems and test (verify) solutions prior to implementing them Obtain and log customer feedback for the purpose of process improvement Document software support activities thoroughly, accurately, and in a timely manner Review work log, customer feedback periodically with supervisor and other analysts and technicians, to identify and act on opportunities for improvement. Provide Training to Dealer Team and Field Staff etc. Preferred candidate profile Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering. A bachelors degree in computer science or computer engineering is required, as is minimum 1+ years of experience in software design, testing, troubleshooting and/or implementations. Must work well independently or as part of a team of software analysts and support technicians. Good communication skills and the ability to work well with people at all levels (technical, non-technical, etc.) are essential. Strong analytical and problem solving skills are a must.
