Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Mumbai for a School Assessment Associate. The School Assessment Associate will be responsible for conducting assessments of school infrastructures, evaluating learning environments, collecting and analyzing data, preparing reports, and collaborating with various stakeholders to implement improvements. This role will require regular visits to schools, ensuring that the program's standards and objectives are met effectively.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and data interpretation skills
• Experience in conducting assessments and evaluations in educational settings
• Excellent report writing and documentation skills
• Effective communication and collaboration skills
• Proficiency in data collection tools and techniques
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Social Work, or related field
• Experience in working with rural schools or in educational programs is a plus
