About the Role:

We are looking for a creative, analytical, and highly motivated Digital Media Executive to manage our online presence and execute digital marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in social media management, content creation, paid ads, and performance tracking across digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, and monitor digital marketing campaigns across platforms such as

    Facebook, Instagram, Google, YouTube, and LinkedIn

  • Create engaging social media content including posts, reels, stories, and ad creatives.
  • Manage daily social media activities such as scheduling posts, responding to comments/messages, and maintaining brand consistency.
  • Coordinate with the design and content teams to develop high-quality creatives and marketing materials.
  • Optimize campaigns to improve performance metrics such as reach, engagement, CTR, and conversions.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, audience preferences, and competitor activities.
  • Track, analyze, and report campaign performance using tools like

    Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and other reporting tools

    .
  • Assist in planning and executing influencer collaborations, brand promotions, and digital partnerships.
  • Ensure timely execution of digital tasks and maintain documentation of all campaigns and performance reports.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Media, Advertising, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing or social media roles.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital advertising.
  • Proficiency with tools such as

    Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Canva, and basic analytics tools

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Creative thinking with an eye for design and content quality.
