Senior Manager Client Servicing

We are looking for an experienced professional with 6 to 10 years of hands-on experience in client servicing, client relations, and account management within the advertising or marketing industry. The ideal candidate should be capable of handling multiple clients across social media and mainstream channels, and effectively managing all aspects of the 360-degree communication gamut.

Key Skills & Experience:

-Lead client servicing and operations in Goa

-Knowledge in executing and coordinating integrated communication campaigns with the clients is a plus

-Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.

-Expertise in creating and executing client communication strategies.

-Proficient in making impactful presentations and delivering exceptional customer service.

-Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to multi-task.

-Experience in executing integrated communication campaigns is a plus

-Proficiency in Microsoft Office and daily reporting tools.

-Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

-Provide two-way communication between client and internal teams.

-Strong time management and multitasking ability under pressure.

Roles & Responsibilities:

-Act as the primary point of contact for clients and ensure daily communication.

-Develop strategic plans for client growth and satisfaction.

-Coordinate with internal and external stake holders

-Coordinate with the client

-Lead client meetings, decode briefs, and drive project execution from start to finish.

-Ensure timely billing, payment recovery, and internal coordination.

-Analyze market and competition trends to suggest innovative strategies.

-Monitor deliverables, manage expectations, and maintain quality and deadlines.

-Motivate and lead internal teams while setting clear priorities and expectations.

Additional Requirements:

-Experience in generating estimates and managing approvals.

-Insight into client business models and goals.

-This role requires a proactive, strategic thinker who can drive client success and contribute to agency growth.

-Working with Government and PSU is a plus
