Role Overview

Digital Marketing & Growth Analyst

Key Responsibilities

Digital Marketing Execution

  • Execute digital marketing initiatives across:
  • LinkedIn
  • Search engines (SEO / SEM)
  • Website content and landing pages
  • Support campaigns aimed at:
  • Corporate visibility
  • Thought leadership
  • Business development enablement

Content & Campaign Support

  • Support creation and distribution of:
  • Corporate posts
  • Thought leadership content
  • Market updates and announcements
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure messaging is:
  • Professional
  • Compliant
  • Aligned with financial consulting standards

Lead & Business Development Support


  • Support digital initiatives that assist:
  • Lead generation
  • Outreach visibility
  • Brand recall among SMEs and mid-sized corporates
  • Track and report digital campaign performance relevant to business development efforts


Website & Online Presence Management

  • Manage and update website content in coordination with overseas teams
  • Ensure consistency in messaging, branding, and tone
  • Support SEO optimization and performance improvements

Analytics & Reporting

  • Track key metrics including:
  • Website traffic
  • Campaign engagement
  • Lead sources
  • Prepare periodic performance reports for management review
  • Provide data-driven insights to improve campaign effectiveness

Process & Coordination

  • Follow structured processes for approvals, publishing, and updates
  • Maintain content calendars and campaign trackers
  • Coordinate closely with GCC and Asia teams across time zones
Skills & Competencies

Digital Marketing Skills

  • Strong understanding of:
  • B2B digital marketing
  • LinkedIn marketing
  • SEO fundamentals
  • Paid and organic campaigns
  • Experience supporting professional services or financial services marketing

Analytical & Technical Skills

  • Comfortable with:
  • Google Analytics
  • Campaign dashboards
  • Excel / reporting tools
  • Ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable insights

Communication & Professional Skills

  • Excellent written English
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to maintain professional, corporate tone
  • Comfortable working with senior stakeholders remotely
Qualifications & Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in

    Marketing, Business, Communications, or Management

  • 2–6 years

    of experience in:
  • Digital marketing
  • B2B marketing
  • Financial services or consulting marketing (preferred)
  • Exposure to international markets (GCC / Asia) is an advantage
