India Operations & Business Enablement Manager

Graystone Capital is seeking a highly organized and proactive professional to lead and manage its Hyderabad Backend Support Office, which supports the GCC and Asia business operations. The role involves overseeing Business Development support teams, Financial Analysts, and coordinating backend execution for overseas client mandates, while also providing light oversight on social media and digital coordination.

This is a critical leadership role ensuring efficiency, quality, and timely delivery across all backend functions.

Backend Office Leadership

• Act as the

  overall in-charge of the Hyderabad support office

• Ensure smooth daily operations, discipline, and performance management
• Serve as the coordination point between India teams and GCC/Asia leadership

Business Development Support Management

• Manage and supervise the

  Business Development support team

• Ensure lead generation, client outreach support, CRM updates, and reporting for GCC & Asia teams
• Track performance, productivity, and pipeline support metrics

Financial Analysis & Proposal Support

• Oversee the

  Financial Analysts team

  handling:
• Credit analysis
• Working capital & trade finance proposals
• Financial models, projections, and documentation
• Ensure quality control, accuracy, and timely turnaround of client proposals

Stakeholder Coordination

• Liaise with overseas Relationship Managers, Sales Heads, and Advisory teams
• Ensure alignment with transaction timelines and priorities

Social Media & Digital Coordination (Support Role)

• Coordinate basic social media activities with internal or external teams
• Ensure content support, posting schedules, and brand alignment
• Track engagement and support marketing initiatives as required

Reporting & Governance

• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports
• Ensure adherence to internal processes, confidentiality, and compliance standards
  

• 5–8 years of experience in

  operations, backend management, or business support

• Experience managing

  BD teams and financial/analytical teams

• Strong understanding of

  corporate finance / banking / financial services

• Exposure to

  international markets (GCC/Asia)

  preferred
• Basic understanding of

  social media handling and digital coordination

• Strong leadership, communication, and execution skills
