Position overview

We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven marketing executive to scale demand generation, brand awareness, and customer engagement. You’ll collaborate with marketing leadership to execute campaigns, optimise digital channels, and drive pipeline growth in the competitive AI SaaS space.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute multi-channel campaigns (email, LinkedIn, webinars, paid ads) to generate leads and accelerate conversions
• Create compelling content (whitepapers, case studies, blogs, social media) and collaborate with product teams to translate technical AI solutions into customer-centric messaging
• Manage and grow our LinkedIn and YouTube channels through content scheduling, community engagement, and analytics-driven optimisation
• Track and analyse campaign performance (ROI, MQLs, pipeline impact) and partner with sales to refine messaging and create collateral
• Support event planning for webinars, industry conferences, and customer workshops 
• Stay current with B2B marketing trends, competitive landscape, and AI industry developments
• Manage relationships with external marketing vendors and agencies to ensure high-quality deliverables

Skills and qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or related fields
• 3-5 years in B2B marketing, preferably in SaaS/AI/tech
• Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, email automation, and SEO
• Strong content-creation and copywriting skills—ability to distill complex AI concepts into compelling messaging
• Analytical mindset with familiarity in Google Analytics, CRM (Zoho), and marketing attribution
• A keen eye for visually compelling data presentation
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
